Open letter to all clients using TJ Dub for hosting:
I cannot apologize enough, but the server that TJ Dub uses for hosting suffered a massive outage for the past 16 hours.
Some sites were able to be transferred within a couple hours in the early hours of the morning and should have never experienced any downtime. Some sites were not so fortunate, losing a day of hosting while your site was down.
Please believe me when I say that this outage is not at all typical of the hosting that TJ Dub supplies and we are taking measures to ensure it will not happen again.
